Donna and Katie were outraged at Stephanie's involvement in Brooke's rape. Eric assured the sisters that Stephanie was out of their lives for good. Donna and Eric shared a connection as they talked about Stephanie and Thorne.
Nick and Taylor asked Bridget to be their baby's godmother. Nick later overheard Carl and Bridget talk about a possible mishap with Taylor's pregnancy. Brooke told Katie that she felt Katie had done the right thing, breaking up Thorne and Donna's wedding.
Carl followed Bridget home from the Café Rousse. He showed her how to lock and unlock her PDA. Bridget warned him that she no longer wanted to discuss the donor eggs and that she would end their friendship if he continued to talk about it.
At Ridge's house, Brooke thanked Ridge for all of his love and support through her crisis. Brooke commented that she wanted to get on with her life. Brooke questioned Ridge as to whether she could get on with her life without him in it. Brooke admitted to Ridge that she missed their relationship.
Meanwhile Brooke had a conversation with Taylor when she did a favor for Phoebe by taking the perfume line over to Taylor. Taylor gave Ashley some advice about Brooke. Taylor warned Ashley that Brooke did not respect commitments and would stop at nothing to be with the man that she wanted. Ashley told Taylor that she would not get into a competition with any woman ever again over a man.
Taylor could see that Ashley was already in love with Ridge. Taylor advised that she had been happier with Nick. Taylor explained that Nick loved only her, not Brooke. Taylor also felt because Nick had no child with Brooke, he wouldn't be forever tied to her as Ridge was with their child. In the long run, Taylor told Ashley to fight for Ridge if she really wanted him.
Nick went to Bridget's house to ask her about the phone call he'd overheard when she'd accidentally dialed his number. Bridget denied that anything was wrong medically with Taylor's pregnancy. Nick did not believe that nothing was wrong. Bridget then admitted to Nick that there had been a question at one time as to whether Taylor had fertilized Brooke's eggs or the donor's eggs.
Bridget emphasized that the doctors at the hospital and she both believed that Taylor's pregnancy was from the donor's eggs. Nick was devastated to think that Taylor could be carrying Brooke's child.
Nick was appalled with the possibility that his and Taylor's baby could be Brooke's. Bridget wanted to tell Taylor of the possible mishap, but Nick said that Taylor could never be told. Ashley told Ridge that she was upset that Ridge was spending so much time with Brooke and that she refused to play games with him. Ridge apologized for his behavior, and the two made up. Brooke told Katie that she felt Ridge was her destiny and that she was going to get him back.
Thorne met with Donna and thanked her for pulling him out of a deep depression and added that they'd had a great time together, but marriage never would have worked. They teased that they were good together but not in love. Donna thanked Thorne for treating her like gold. They kissed and headed their separate ways. Donna showed up at Eric's, where he was depressed enough to play the piano. Donna and Eric discussed Stephanie's contacting Andy -- the man who had raped Brooke.
Ridge and Ashley were whooping it up between the sheets at her place, and they planned to meet in the steam room later. Ridge told Ashley he had to go see Brooke, and Ashley was miffed. She said Brooke either needed Ridge or Nick's attention -- and she always got it. Ashley asked what was so important "this time." Ridge couldn't tell her about the rape because he'd promised Brooke not to tell anyone. Ashley started to boil and left for work.
At Forrester Creations, Brooke peeked at the ultrasound photos of the "who's the momma" Marone baby while Nick walked in, wondering aloud what she was doing. The subject changed. Brooke had some fashion designs for him and wanted to go back to work. Nick asked what had been so wrong, and Brooke finally told him she had been raped. Nick lent a sympathetic ear and a hug.
Brooke started up the infamous routine of saying she'd get back with Ridge, her destiny. She said her future was with the father of her child. Later, Ridge asked Brooke if he could tell Ashley about the rape. Brooke freaked out and said his future was with her and their children. She wanted him back forever.
Brooke made a passionate plea to Ridge to return to her for good. Ridge picked out an engagement ring for the woman he loved. Donna tried to convince Eric to have a little fun with her like he had when he'd been young. Rick reminded Ashley that Brooke would always be in Ridge's life. Ashley later unwound in the steam room and was startled when she realized that the person massaging her was not Ridge.
