Opal, Tad, Dixie and the boys are at their home celebrating Halloween. Opal was telling them a scary story when someone knocked at the door and everyone jumped. When Dixie went to open the door, Jamie told her to be careful because it might be a ghost trying to take her soul. When she opened the door, it was David and Tad made the comment that Jamie was right. David brought a pumpkin for Dixie's boys. Dixie told David that he shouldn't have come to their home. David came to apologize and Dixie said that she didn't care anymore. David said that he wished he could take back what he said and Tad tried to escort him from their home. Dixie stopped Tad and told David that he could stay. Tad gave him 5 minutes and then he had to leave. Dixie and David exchanged words and David told Dixie that she didn't quit her job because of the problem with him and Jake. He told her that she quit to get back at him because he kissed her and he wanted her. David told Dixie that she was punishing herself because she didn't feel guilty about the kiss. He told her that she did not pull back when he kissed her. He kept referring to them as "us" and Dixie said that there was no "us." She told him that she could not give him what he wanted and then Tad walked it on the end of the conversation. Dixie tried to explain it to Tad by saying that David wanted her to return to work and she said that she would not. Tad told David to get out of his house before he threw him out. David left and then Dixie just looked at Tad. Tad said that he had many jobs in the past but he never looked at his boss the way she was looking at her boss. Tad told her that he wanted to know what was going on. Dixie told Tad that David wouldn't take "no" for an answer. She quit her job and he was starting to panic because he had nobody to help him. She told Tad that he came over just to apologize. Tad asked Dixie "what the hold was" that he had over her.

Jake just delivered a baby and as he was hugging Gillian, he told her that is what he wants for them. He told Gillian that he wanted to make love to her now. Jake said that he was focusing on the things that he could not do and not on the things that he could. He told Gillian that he could not make love to her the way he did before but he could kiss her and hold her and whisper to her and show her how much he loves her because "he can feel." They made love and Gillian told Jake that he is the most incredible man. Jake told her how much he loved her and then Gillian told Jake that she felt totally loved and totally cared for after their lovemaking. Jake told Gillian that he needed to get her home and Gillian told him that she didn't want the night to end. Jake told her again how much he loved her and asked her again to come home with him. She told him that she would come home with him because she loved him also.

Erica came into SOS looking for Hayley and Mateo. Hayley told Erica that Mateo was at his mother's house and would return soon. She told Hayley that she had a proposal for them. She said that Mr. Enchantment was Leo and Miss Enchantment was Bianca and she thought that SOS would be the perfect place for one of their photo shoots. Hayley told Erica that she was really surprised that Bianca wanted to be a model. Jack came in and was behind Erica while she was talking to Hayley and pulled her away and told her that she was forcing Bianca into having the childhood that Erica didn't have. He told her that she was not giving Bianca her "space." Erica was trying to tell Jack that he was over protective of his niece because of the death of his brother. Jack told her that she might be right but he was not backing off from what he told her about Bianca. Erica felt that the campaign would build her confidence back. Jack agreed with her.

Bianca went to a gay bar with her friend Rain. Bianca didn't know it was a gay bar and was at the bar talking to another girl when Greenlee and Leo came in. Greenlee knew it was a gay bar and when she saw Bianca, she realized that Bianca was gay. She went up to Bianca and asked her how she ever found this bar and wanted to know if this was her first time. Bianca told her that Rain brought her to the bar and she wanted to know why she was there. Greenlee told Bianca that when she bolted out of the dance, she and Leo followed her to make sure she was OK. Bianca just looked at Leo and then told Greenlee that she had no idea why Rain brought her there. She asked Greenlee not to tell her mother that she was at a bar and Greenlee said that the age would not be the subject at hand. Leo sent Greenlee out of the bar and told her to meet him at SOS because he was going to take Bianca home.

Leo took Bianca to the boathouse instead. Bianca asked Leo why he brought her there and he told her he thought she might like some fresh air before going home. Bianca told Leo that she had to get away from the dance because she heard her new friends talking about her and then Rain showed up and told her that she would take her to a place where she would feel a lot better. She asked Leo if he ever noticed that she never made advances toward him. She wanted to know what she was going to do since Greenlee now knew her secret. Bianca told Leo that she was gay and then told him that this was the first time she said it out loud. Leo told her that it was just a phase but Bianca told him that she would not grow out of it. Bianca told Leo that she remembered the first time the feelings came over her and she tried to talk herself out of them. She told Leo that this is the way she is going to feel and it would not change. Bianca opened up to Leo and told him about the time in rehab when she met Sarah and the letters and e mails that they wrote back and forth to each other. Bianca told Leo about the last letter she received from Sarah explaining that everything they did was wrong and she didn't want to be gay anymore. Leo then asked Bianca if she wanted to be "gay"? She replied and said that she was gay and there was nothing she could do about it. Bianca said that it does not feel un-natural. The only un-natural thing would be the way people would react to her. Bianca told Leo that she said "no" to a date with the captain on the soccer team and it would not be long before people figured it out. She asked Leo how she was going to tell her mother that she was gay.

Greenlee ran into Erica at SOS and Erica proceeded to tell her about Leo becoming a busy model for Enchantment along with Bianca. Erica also told Greenlee to stay away from Leo because he and Bianca need to be perceived as a "couple." Greenlee told Erica that she had no clue who her daughter was. Erica responded by asking Greenlee to tell her about her daughter since she knew so much.

Bianca's face fell when he mother told her that Greenlee had given her some very disheartening news. "I hate Greenlee Smythe! She had no right to say anything!" Bianca screamed. Bianca became puzzled when her mother remained calm and comforting. "This is my fault, Honey. I blame myself. I mean, looking back, it was very clear," Erica said, causing her daughter even more confusion. As Erica continued talking, Bianca appeared ready to spring the news of her sexual orientation on her mother. Before she could say anything, Erica finally revealed that what she and her daughter were talking about were two totally different things. Bianca breathed a sigh of relief and almost chuckled when her mother explained that Greenlee had told her that she (Bianca) didn't want to be in the Enchantment ads. Erica assured her daughter that she was fine with her daughter's decision not to be in the ads. Erica confessed that she was strong-arming her daughter to be in the ads because of an unfulfilled childhood dream. Bianca listened as her mother spoke and for the first time the two women had reached an agreement without any raised voices. Bianca told her mother that she doesn't want to let her down. Erica stroked her daughter's hair and told her that she'd never be disappointed by her. The conversation took a whimsical turn as Erica suggested that the stardom gene must skip a generation. So, Erica grinned, Bianca's daughter would be a mini-Erica Kane. Bianca had been enjoying the conversation up until that point, but the mention of having a child made Bianca uneasy. Bianca surprised her mother by stating that she wanted to be in the Enchantment ads. Erica shook her head and told her daughter not to do anything out of sympathy for her. Bianca insisted that doing the ad campaign was something that she really wanted to do. Overjoyed, Erica raced upstairs to fetch some sketches of dresses that Bianca would be wearing. Alone, Bianca told herself that she would transform herself into the daughter that her mother wanted her to be. In short, that meant never revealing that she's gay.

At Wildwind, Edmund found Dimitri poking about the study. Edmund informed Dimitri that he'd found a buyer for Wildwind. Dimitri stunned his brother by revealing that he was the person who'd bought the property; the lawyers Edmund had been dealing with were representing him. Alf appeared to Edmund and urged him to take action and put an end to Dimitri once and for all. Dimitri watched as Edmund acted erratically, but Dimitri had no idea what Edmund was going through. Dimitri explained that his decision to buy Wildwind would eventually help them both; he said that he did not want Edmund to rue his decision to give up their family home once it was too late. After Dimitri left, Edmund battled the vision of his dead father. He told Alf that there was no way that he would ever kill Dimitri --- even if he had broken his heart. The only person Edmund wanted dead, he said, was Alf. Alf laughed sinisterly and told Edmund that he would never get rid of him. Alex appeared at the doorway as Edmund shouted, "Just get out of my head!" Alex gently put her hand on Edmund's shoulder and asked him who he was talking to. Edmund tried to dodge Alex's question, but he eventually confessed that he was speaking to the ghost of his late father. Alex gently helped Edmund deal with the situation and offered him the name of a psychiatrist who she's been seeing. She also pledged not to tell Dimitri about Edmund's condition. Neither knew that Dimitri was hovering just outside the room.

Liza arrived at her old loft, now Ryan's home, and interrupted the "morning after" between Ryan and Rosette (Hayley's friend that he met at SOS). Rosette quickly scampered on her way and Ryan and Liza got down to business. Ryan took Liza in his arms and started dancing with her. Needless to say, Liza was caught quite of guard. Ryan softly asked Liza about her "incredible dream." Liza sensed that Ryan was up to something and accused him of being in cahoots with Adam. Ryan denied the allegation and again pressed Liza for the answer to his question. Liza sighed and said that she'd like to take a cruise with Adam --- just the two of them. She then turned the tables on Ryan and asked him about his fantasy. Ryan claimed that he doesn't have a fantasy that he needs fulfilled. Liza pursed her lips and accused Ryan of lying to her. She hinted that she still believes that Ryan wants to get back together with Gillian. Ryan insisted that that was not the case; business was his only priority. After Liza left, Ryan placed a call to Adam to tell him that he thinks he's figured out a way to grant his dream of winning back Liza. Ryan also asked that Adam take him under his wing and teach him how to be successful in business.

Tad and Dixie went to the Martin house to help ease Joe's fears about his errant son, Jake. Just as the trio was about to call out the search team, a giddy Jake and Gillian breezed into the house as if nothing was wrong. Gillian sensed that Dixie was troubled and the two women stepped outside to talk in private. Jake, meanwhile, looked like a new man, cheerfully boasting that he and Gillian were closer than ever. Outside, Dixie told Gillian that she and David had kissed. Gillian had been in a similar situation with David and said that she knew what the doctor was capable of. She urged Dixie to stay as far away from David as possible and said that she doesn't think that "the kiss" was her fault. When Dixie said that she wanted to come clean to Tad, Gillian pleaded with her to reconsider. Dixie said that she and Tad keep no secrets from each other and said that she had to tell Tad. Dixie returned inside and was ready to tell Tad about kissing David, but Tad silenced her before she could do so. Tad told Dixie that there was no reason to mention David's name because he was out of their lives for good.

In his office at the hospital, David read over an information packet about Libidozone, the experimental anti-impotence drug. David was not at all pleased when his mother dropped by to pay him a visit. More than just being annoyed by his mother's presence, Vanessa brought with her bad news. She'd been at a hospital gala and overheard many of the doctors discussing the brawl between David and the Martins. Also on the tongues of partygoers was David's refusal to help Leila --- and Jake's subsequent delivery of the girl's baby in a deserted cabin. David was furious and proclaimed his hatred for all of the Martin family. Vanessa cocked her head to the side and asked if David also hated Dixie. David refused to comment, but listened as his mother spoke of a window of opportunity that could allow David to win Dixie's heart. She mentioned that Tad used be known in Pine Valley as "Tad the Cad." Suddenly, David's face lit up. He ushered his mother out of his office and then scurried back to his desk. David carefully poured a measured dose of Libidozone into a beaker and swallowed the medicine. In his mind, he recalled the salesperson for the drug explaining the drug's effects on the body. "We're essentially unleashing the Id, with unpredictable results. Remember, this is uninhibited behavior demanding immediate gratification." About half an hour passed and David experienced no reaction to the medicine. As he prepared to ingest a second dose of the medication, the first dose's effects kicked in. David's body started shaking and trembling wildly. As he gasped for air, David clutched his chest.

Dimitri and Alex were at Wildwind the morning after Alex's talk with Edmund. Alexandra was cheerful and Dimitri subtly tried to get her to spill the beans about her conversation with Edmund. She was very vague, so finally Dimitri just asked her, "What is going on between you and my brother?" Alex claimed she and Edmund were just catching up but Dimitri sensed she was hiding something. She told him she couldn't tell him anything about what Edmund told her as it would be breaking a confidence. Dimitri told Alex that he's unsure of Edmund and that he seems more and more "lost." Dimitri said that he "saw pure hatred" in Edmund's eyes when he'd revealed that he'd bought Wildwind. Dimitri told Alex, "Edmund is angry and bitter" and noted that he felt worried about Alex's safety. Alex agreed with Dimitri's assertion that Edmund needs to seek a shrink. She stated she is going to help Edmund whether Dimitri likes it or not. Dimitri worried aloud that Edmund might prey on Alex's sympathy and try to win her back. Alex said she was confident that Edmund has moved on and that Dimitri has nothing to worry about. She asked Dimitri to go horseback riding, to which he agreed. She said she'd meet him at the stable and after he left she called Edmund to ask if he'd called the therapist yet. He told her not yet, and asked that Alex not tell his brother that he's seeing the ghost of his stepfather. She agreed.

Edmund, Brooke and Laura were having breakfast at the Valley Inn. Edmund excused himself from the table to take a phone call and Brooke brought up again her offer to help get Laura an internship at Tempo. Laura again turned her down, saying she wanted to get a photojournalist job on her own merits. Brooke explained that one has to take advantage of "who you know" to get a foot in the door, but Laura felt that she'd taken enough from Brooke. She told her mother about the conversation she'd overheard at the Pine Valley High dance regarding Bianca and how she didn't want anyone to say those things about her. Brooke asked Laura if she was sure she wanted to get into photography after what she went through with Jim. Edmund returned in time to hear Laura's answer, which was that she was ready to move past that part of her life. Edmund was impressed and asked Laura to go on a trial assignment for Tempo. Laura flashed her mother a glare and accused her and Edmund of being in cahoots. When Brooke swore that she hadn't put Edmund up to the job offer. Laura gleefully accepted the challenge, but excused herself to make a phone call to a friend in China.. Brooke thanked Edmund for giving Laura a chance. He said he was glad to have Laura around because it made Brooke so happy. The conversation turned to Eliot and Brooke told Edmund that Eliot is staying in Pine Valley because he feels he can help Brooke heal. Edmund asked Brooke if she believed what Eliot was saying. Brooke told Edmund about the conversation she had with Eliot about the accident and Laura's final moments. She explained that Eliot was with Laura when she died and that at least Laura didn't die alone. She also said Eliot was truly remorseful, but when Edmund asked if Brooke was ready to forgive him she immediately let it be known that she hadn't. "Eliot has to find peace with his maker," she replied. Brooke turned the conversation to Edmund and asked how he was doing. Edmund confessed that he's scared.

Leslie Coulson and Ryan were having a power breakfast across the room. Ryan wanted to talk nothing but business, but Leslie was trying to get Ryan interested in some "R and R" at Hilton Head Island. He turned her down, much to her dismay. She put her hand on his arm just as Jake and Gillian strolled in. Leslie was in the process of telling Ryan that he should star in all of his company's commercials because he "sizzles." Tad approached the table and rolled his eyes and Leslie's statement. Ryan excused himself to make a call and Leslie and Tad immediately caught up on some old business. Tad called Leslie on her less than professional interest in Ryan and she claimed to just be "flattering a client." She ripped into Tad about his past, saying she can flirt with Ryan because she has no ring on her finger. Tad told Leslie that he's completely monogamous now. She responded by saying how much she enjoys the hunt and plans to have Ryan's head adorning the headboard of her bed. Tad looked over Leslie's shoulder and spotted Ryan making out with Rosette. After the breakfast meeting was over Leslie followed this other woman into the restroom, where they both said they are going after Ryan.

Jake and Gillian sat down for breakfast at the Valley Inn and enjoyed a talk about their future. All the while Gillian kept glancing at Ryan, which caused Jake to ask if she'd like to go somewhere else. She refused and tried to keep focused on Jake. Later he got paged to the ER and she said she was getting used to being a doctor's wife.

David woke up on his office desk, groggy and confused. Nurse Amy strolled in, purring about "Hurricane David" hitting last night and complimented David on his "command of anatomy." David finally remembered the evening's events, but had thought he was with Dixie --- not Amy. Nurse Amy wanted a command performance and David declined. Amy got very upset and said she would turn David in for sexual harassment. David fought back, saying she'd never work as a nurse in any hospital again if she opened her mouth about their affair. He bribed her with a promise of a superior performance rating on her next review and that she'd be able to pick her shifts. She agreed then threw a sweater at him saying, "Here's the sweater you made me wear, that got you so hot and bothered" before storming out. Dixie walked in and caught David rubbing the sweater over his face and asked what was he doing with her sweater. He tried to apologize, but Dixie wasn't interested. She announced that she was there to retrieve her personal belongings and her medical records. She told him she wants a new doctor to cover her case, that she's no longer comfortable with him being her doctor. David took full responsibility for what happened and begged her not to find another cardiologist. She refused and started to leave when David had an "attack" from the drug he'd taken. He doubled over his desk and Dixie rushed to him. He grabbed her by the wrist and stared strangely at her, which caused her to ask, "David what do you think you're doing? Stop it!." He said he didn't mean to scare her and to take her files and leave. He could barely control himself. As Dixie left Jake walked in and yelled at David for his poor treatment of Nurse Amy. David told Jake that he filed charges with the hospital board. They exchanged heated words until a lab tech came in with test results for David and Jake left. David claimed to not have ordered any tests, but the lab tech Gordon reminded him that he had come down to the lab at 4am and demanded a blood draw and full workup. David remembered and tore open the results. Gordon the tech began asking questions about the unusual results of the tests. David admitted that he'd taken Libidozone and to silence him, David offered him a cut of any profits this drug might have. Gordon agreed and as he left he reminded David that Libidozone has an unusually high half-life, staying in the blood stream a long time. After Gordon left David grabbed his coat and ran out of his office.

After Tad left Leslie and Ryan, he ran home to Dixie, who was standing lost in thought in the living room holding her sweater that she had just retrieved from David. Tad snuck up on her, startling her. They kissed and things were getting passionate when Tad received a phone call from the office. He had to leave but suggested that Dixie go put on something more comfortable because he'd be right back. Dixie sang her way upstairs, while at her back door David silently let himself in.

Leo and Bianca arrived early at the Enchantment photo shoot at SOS and sat down to talk about Bianca's conversation with Erica. She said how her mom was okay with her not wanting to do the modeling "thing." Bianca told Leo how her mom worked so hard to get everything that she had and that she was proud of Bianca and how brave she had been throughout her life and Bianca couldn't back out of it. Tina and Laura arrived and Laura started to take some pictures of Bianca and Leo while Tina tried to get in touch with all the other people who were supposed to be there. They were totally into posing for Laura and goofing around when Erica arrived with the photographer and makeup people. The photographer told Erica he never would have picked Leo and Bianca, but she was in charge so he'd make due with what he had. While Bianca is having her face "powdered down" Erica grills Leo about what she might have said. Leo tells Erica she has nothing to worry about, that Bianca loves her and is happy to do anything for her. Erica thanks Leo for being such a good friend. Laura continues to take pictures of Leo while he is watching Bianca get her face made up. When Leo and Bianca are ready for the photographer, they can't seem to get the hot, romantic feelings that the photographer wants and he gets upset with Erica for not using professional models. He continues to make comments suggesting that Leo is gay and Erica tells him that Leo is most definitely not gay and demands that the photographer apologize to Leo. After a few minutes, Bianca walks away and tells Erica she can't continue to do the shoot. Erica tells her she'll get a different photographer, that this one is rude and that they will "do it again another day." Bianca's face tells it all--she doesn't want to do this at all---ever. Leo asks her if she is okay and she asks him if it is possible that she really isn't gay and that maybe she just is confused; Perhaps she could be with a guy she could find out for sure if she is gay. She tells Leo that he is her friend and that he said he would do anything for her. Leo cocks his head to the side and asks Bianca if she wants to make love to him.

David closes the door to Dixie and Tad's house behind him. He sees her sweater in the living room and picks it up and smells it and becomes crazed. He picks up her wedding photo and them drops it and breaks the glass of the frame. Dixie hears it and calls out thinking Tad has come back. David hides and Dixie comes into the room dressed in a sexy, short black nightie and robe. She thinks Tad is playing hide and seek and wants to play Phantom of the Opera and she goes along with it. David comes out of hiding and walks up behind her. Dixie, thinking it is Tad continues the game. When she turns around, she sees David and is more than a little surprised. David tells her "don't be afraid it's only me." Dixie wants him to leave immediately. She tells him that she has changed doctors and he tells her that "nobody knows your heart the way that I do. Nobody can take care of you like I can." Dixie tells him he isn't the only cardiologist in Pine Valley and that he should just leave. He tells her he can't stop feeling the way he feels about her. He reminds her of their kiss. He tells her he'll die if he can't have her. Dixie seems totally surprised by his confession. Suddenly the telephone rings. It's Tad. When she gets off the phone (without telling him that David was there) she tells David that Tad is on his way home right now. David tells her she's lying; that Tad called to tell her that he would be a little longer than he thought. She tells him he has to leave, that she loves Tad and that she would never cheat on Tad because she knows how she felt when he cheated with Liza. She added that she couldn't stand to see the look on his face if he knew of the kiss she had shared with David. David finally turns to leave and he falls down. Dixie tries to help him. David tells Dixie how he feels like he has been drowning his entire life; he's just trying to survive and that he would die before he would do anything to hurt her. Then he leans in and they kiss... and it quickly becomes more passionate.

Hayley is frantically pacing the set of Wave with Mateo. She is worried that Arlene will never leave her alone. Mateo thinks that Arlene has headed for the hills by now. Mateo tells her not to worry that he'll do everything in his power to keep Arlene out of Hayley's way. Mateo leaves the set to check on something and Hayley starts the show. Arlene shows up and takes a drink from her flask before walking right onto the stage with Hayley and announcing that she was today's surprise guest. Hayley noticed that Arlene was drunk and plays along and tries to seat her out of the way on the stage and go on with the show but Arlene would have no part of it. She keeps on ranting about past Thanksgivings and how they can be a real family now that she is Mrs. Adam Chandler and that everything is going to be okay from now on. Hayley keeps trying to go on with the show or go to commercial, but can't get it to happen. Mateo comes back and sees Arlene with Hayley and takes her off stage to an area away from everyone. When he lets go of her she turns to go back and he pours a pitcher of water on her head. Arlene tells Mateo that he hates her because he can't control Hayley's feelings for her. She believes that Hayley will stick by her no matter what she does and Mateo can't do a thing about it. Mateo asks Arlene what he has to do to get her to leave town and then Arlene kisses him. After he pushes her away he tells her that she is a loser and that she'll never have what Hayley has. She says that she is twice the woman Hayley is, that he should ask Hayley's ex-husband, Alex. Hayley appears and asks what they're talking about. Arlene tells Hayley that they are so much alike, that they have the same taste in men. Hayley tells Arlene she doesn't care what they were talking about, that she doesn't want to see her; what she did was unforgivable. Arlene laughs and wants to know how she found out, then says, "Oh, the TV show." She tells Mateo not to worry. She doesn't suspect a thing. Hayley asks what's going on and Mateo tells her that Arlene kissed him. After Arlene tells her it must have been stress and that it would never happen again no matter how great the temptation, Hayley turns and slaps Arlene's face. Mateo tells Hayley it's time to go and she leaves and turns to come back to Arlene and she tells her if she ever touches her husband again she will kill her.
