Christmas is already special in its own right, but this year, it was ever more special for one General Hospital star. Elizabeth Hendrickson (Margaux Dawson) announced via social media -- naturally! -- that she has gotten engaged.
Hendrickson's boyfriend of several years, Rob Meder, apparently popped the question on Christmas Day.
In case there was any doubt about what was going on in the photo, Meder shared on his Instagram page that the ring was, in fact, on Hendrickson's left hand.
"I wanted a band instead of one big bling," Hendrickson said of her ring in an Instagram story.
Hendrickson is also known to daytime fans as Maggie and Frankie Stone on All My Children, and as The Young and the Restless' Chloe Mitchell. Hendrickson's work on Y&R earned her four Daytime Emmy nominations.
In addition to her soap work, Hendrickson opened a salon in Venice Beach called Ellie and Sass in 2017.
It's been a very festive holiday for the daytime community. Hendrickson's GH costar Briana Nicole Henry also got engaged, and Days of our Lives' fave Drake Hogestyn is a proud new grandpa.
