Daytime alum Chris McKenna (ex-Joey Buchanan, One Life to Live; ex-Detective Mark Harding, The Young and the Restless; ex-Dr. Hayden, The Bold and the Beautiful) recently announced that he will be appearing on season 10 of NBC's The Blacklist in 2023. In a photo posted to his Twitter account, the actor can be seen sitting in a cast chair with the show's name on the back.

McKenna made his daytime debut as Joey Buchanan on One Life to Live in 1990, and he continued in the role until 1993. He later appeared as good detective gone bad Mark Harding on The Young and the Restless from 2014 to 2015. His last daytime role was in 2016 as Dr. Hayden on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Since leaving daytime, he has had several television stints. Most recently, he appeared as Marc Rothman on the Freeform's Good Trouble from 2021 to 2022. In 2020, he appeared as Agent Simons on the CBS series S.W.A.T..
He will also be appearing in an upcoming film called A Suitable Flesh along with daytime alum Barbara Crampton, who is best known to fans for her roles as Mindy Lewis on Guiding Light, Maggie Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, and Leanna Love on The Young and the Restless. A Suitable Flesh is currently in post-production, but we will keep you updated as more information becomes available.
His other television work includes Criminal Minds, NCIS: New Orleans, SEAL Team, and Major Crimes. In 2022, he voiced the character Fashav for the PlayStation video game "Horizon Forbidden West."
