The Young and the Restless' Lily Winters is living the high life as the CEO of Chancellor Industries, and the character's portrayer, Christel Khalil, is living the high life, too -- in Malibu!
The long-running Y&R star has reportedly purchased a $2.15 million Mediterranean manor on the coastline of Malibu that boasts lush tropical plantings and beautiful mountain, canyon, and Pacific Ocean views. The 2,800-square-foot home, built in 1989, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (as well as a main-floor powder room) spread over three floors.
As can be seen in the photos made available by Dirt, the home also features a backyard with a sunken spa trimmed in flagstone, an outdoor shower, and a fireplace lined with reclaimed French fire brick set into a rough-cut stone wall.
According to the publication, Khalil still holds ownership of a charming 1940s cottage located in a quiet area of North Hollywood that she purchased more than seven years ago for $750,000.
Khalil took on the role of Y&R's Lily in 2002. The actress exited briefly in 2006 and later chose to take a step back from the show in the summer of 2018 and subsequently dropped to recurring status. She made sporadic appearances after that point but decided in 2020 to come back in a more involved capacity.
