Former The Young and the Restless star Max Ehrich (ex-Fenmore Baldwin) has been teasing the release of new music for the past couple of weeks, and the first in his upcoming collection of new tunes is a song from his new Netflix film, Walk. Ride. Rodeo.
The daytime alum took to Instagram to share the news that "Ride" is now available for streaming on all platforms. He also shares that the country song was inspired by and written with Amberley Snyder, the barrel racing star whom the film Walk. Ride. Rodeo. is about.
"Her strength and courage got her to continue riding competitive barrel racing even after an accident that paralyzed her. She is my friend and an inspiration," Ehrich shares. "I hope anyone going through any adversity and obstacles listens to this and finds the strength and faith to keep going! God bless."
As Soap Central previously reported, Ehrich -- who starred on Y&R from 2012 to 2015 -- plays Amberley's boyfriend in the Netflix film, while Y&R alum Alyvia Alyn Lind (ex-Faith Newman) plays young Amberley, and One Life to Live alum Corbin Bleu (ex-Jeffrey King) plays her physical therapist.
Walk. Ride. Rodeo. is set to debut on Netflix on Friday, March 8. Check out the teaser trailer below and let us know what you think about Ehrich's song for the film in the comments section that follows.
