Soap fans who are hankering for a little nostalgia should head over to IMDb TV, where all nine seasons of Falcon Crest are now available for free streaming.
A CBS soap that aired from December 4, 1981, to May 17, 1990, Falcon Crest revolved around the feuding factions of the wealthy Gioberti/Channing family in the California wine industry. Often described as being more glamorous than Dallas yet not quite as outrageous as Dynasty, the popular series starred Jane Wyman as Angela Channing, the tyrannical matriarch of the Falcon Crest Winery; opposite Robert Foxworth as Chase Gioberti, Angela's nephew; and later David Selby as Richard Channing, the illegitimate son of Angela's ex-husband.
Other notable series regulars included Abby Dalton and Margaret Ladd as Angela's daughters; Lorenzo Lamas as Angela's grandson (and Julia's son) Lance Cumson; Susan Sullivan as Chase's wife, Maggie Gioberti; William R. Moses as Cole Gioberti; and Ana Alicia as heiress Melissa Agretti.
IMDb TV is an ad-supported streaming service from Amazon Prime that adds scores of new content each month -- and you don't need to be a subscriber of Prime Video to watch! Some other titles added for March include the series Law & Order: UK, as well as films such as A Simple Favor, Dolittle, The Princess Bride, and Lost in Translation.
The IMDb TV app is available for download on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Roku, LG smart TVs, Xbox, PlayStation, and more.
