Soap fans won't know whether to weep or jump for joy upon watching the new trailer for Bright Lights, the HBO documentary that delves into the mother/daughter relationship between the late Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher.
On the one hand, the bittersweet trailer is an emotional glimpse into the lives of two Hollywood icons. On the other, former One Life to Live star Catherine Hickland (ex-Lindsay Rappaport) makes an appearance, and that's something daytime fans can't help but be excited about.
The actress is married to Reynolds' son, Todd Fisher, and stands by his side during a short moment in the clip in which he remembers his mother and sister.
Bright Lights will premiere on HBO on Saturday, January 7, at 8PM.
