School's been out for summer, but fall is just around the corner, and that means General Hospital's Parker Forsyth (Ashley Jones) will soon be back on the canvas.
GH used Twitter to alert fans that the former The Bold and the Beautiful and True Blood actress will be returning, writing, "Oh hey, @ashleyajones Funny seeing you here," as a caption to a photo featuring the actress and her GH costar Lexie Ainsworth (Kristina Davis).

At this time, it's unclear what brings the professor/Kristina's former lover back to the canvas. But Jones is thrilled to reprise her recurring role.

Jones was last seen in Port Charles in 2016.
