Thanks to the Sweeps period, General Hospital fans already have the typical February storyline boosts to look forward to next month. However, this year, the ABC soap is adding more excitement to the mix: they're bringing back Fan February.

After a hiatus of several years, the popular tradition will be returning with all-new surprises for 2015.

"We're giving you, our loyal GH fans, something special every day all month long," a representative told Soaps In Depth magazine. "Stay tuned!"

Past treats of Fan February (which began for all ABC daytime soaps in 2003) include random drawings in which lucky fans won guest-starring roles on the show and a fan-voted storyline in which Jason and Sonny switched places as the Quartermaines hosted a reality show.
