If you've ever dreamed of living in the same space where Days of our Lives star Blake Berris (ex-Nick Fallon) lived and breathed, you're in luck -- if you have an extra $2.5 million to spare. The actor has placed his 1930s home on the market.
Berris bought the property that sits in the hills above L.A.'s Silver Lake reservoir just over two years ago for a reported $2.1 million. The 3,200-square-foot two-story house, which formerly belonged to Deadpool star Morena Baccarin, was designed by architect Winchton L. Risley and retains much of its original character alongside modern-day creature comforts. It sits high above a street-level garage and boasts five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a step-down living room with a giant picture window and a full wall of pine built-ins, a dining room, and a separate butler's pantry/breakfast nook that provide passage to an updated retro-inspired kitchen with a restored vintage range.
Berris is selling the property with his wife, Alexandra McGuinness, who is the writer-director daughter of Paul McGuinness, the former manager of U2. Variety, which has photos of the couple's Silver Lake home, reports that Berris and McGuinness also own a two-parcel multi-residence compound in Yucca Valley, California, that they purchased about three years ago for a little more than $200,000.
