Days of our Lives will soon be without another of its popular younger stars. Jen Lilley (Theresa Donovan) has reportedly made the decision to exit the NBC soap.
Though neither the actress nor the show has issued a statement, Daytime Confidential cites multiple sources as having confirmed that Lilley opted to part ways with the show she's been a part of since July 2013.
It isn't clear why Lilley decided to leave the fictional world of Salem, but Daytime Confidential states that "Lilley wants a break from the daily suds grind." Prior to joining DAYS, Lilley appeared for nearly a year as a temporary recast for General Hospital's Maxie. In fact, Lilley's name was once again bandied about when it was learned that GH would need to temporarily recast the role of Maxie.
