Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) announced some happy news that's a first for The Bold and the Beautiful star's family: The Bold and the Beautiful star Don Diamont's brood full of boys just got bigger with the arrival of his first grandchild, a baby boy.
"SOUND THE TRUMPETS🎺 OUR FIRST GRANDCHILD‼️A beautiful, baby.BOY! 💙👶🏻💙 ( no surprise there! Lol.), courtesy of Audrey audreyfeyzdiamont and Alexander @rednaz_tnomaid. Great job, mom and dad! We are all overjoyed!!!" Diamont wrote next to a series of photos showing off the adorable baby boy surrounded by the love of family members.
Last August, Diamont first announced that his son Alexander and Alexander's wife, Audrey, were expecting their first child in an Instagram birthday post to Audrey.
"Happy Birthday to my PREGNANT daughter-in-law, @audreyfeyzdiamont !🎉❤️ She's the creature in the picture blocking her father-in-law.😂 IT'S A BOY! 💙💙💙@cindyambuehl and my first grandchild!😀👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 So excited! So happy for Alexander and Audrey," Diamont said with joy.
Diamont and wife Cindy Ambuehl are the parents of a whopping seven boys. In fact, Diamont chronicled his life as a boy dad in the 2018 autobiography My Seven Sons and How We Raised Each Other.
On B&B, Diamont's character, Dollar Bill Spencer, is also a boy dad with two adult sons, Wyatt and Liam, as well as young Will, who is in boarding school and will surely be SORAS'ed to a teen sometime in the not-so-distant future.
Diamont began his soap career back in 1984 as Carlo Forenza on Days of our Lives. He later played Brad Carlton on The Young and the Restless from 1985 until 2009 before creating the role of William "Bill" Spencer, Jr., on B&B in 2009.
