It's always a good day when Ashley Jones pops onto The Bold and the Beautiful, so fans will want to mark their calendars for Monday, November 2, because that's the date that she will be reprising her longtime character, Bridget Forrester.
As fans of the CBS soap opera know, Jones stepped back into her role as Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric's (John McCook) daughter earlier this year for short scenes involving the feud between Brooke and Quinn (Rena Sofer). Many viewers expressed that it wasn't enough of Bridget, and it seems that the powers that be listened and decided to bring her back! Unfortunately, they haven't revealed why the doctor will be returning to the canvas this time around, but Jones gave a very subtle tease on Instagram.
"Do you think it's to let you know Bridget's alive and well or a preview for more to come?" she captioned a photo of herself in Bridget's doctor's coat.
Jones got her start in the soap opera world by playing the role of The Young and the Restless' Megan Dennison from 1997 to 2000. She went on to become a staple on The Bold and the Beautiful as Bridget Forrester, a role she has played on-again, off-again since 2004. Jones also played the recurring role of General Hospital's Parker Forsyth, a professor who developed a romantic connection with her student Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth), from 2016 to 2017.
