Hallmark Channel's morning talk show and lifestyle series, Home & Family, will soon be returning to the airwaves, following a long production shutdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The network took the forced downtime to revamp the series, which has been updated from its original five episodes a week format to now being three days a week. Beginning April 5, Home & Family will now air only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 10AM ET.
"This change tightens the show, allowing us to create more in-depth segments and interviews," a spokesperson for the Crown Media Family Network's channel said in a statement to Deadline.
Home & Family is hosted by former All My Children actor Cameron Mathison (Ryan Lavery) and Debbie Matenopoulos, both of whom will return to production on March 29 to begin taping episodes for the Monday, April 5 debut.
Mathison took to Instagram with his excitement about Home & Family's new format and start date.
"We're coming back!!!! The whole family will be back on air April 5 with a whole new format," he shared. "One hour, 3 days a week.!. Monday-Wednesday 10am 👍🏼 Can't wait:) Miss you all!!"
